Assistant Project Manager
As a Construction Assistant Project Manager at Global Ace Construction, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our construction projects. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and contribute to the success of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that construction work meets or exceeds quality standards and project specifications.
- Schedule Management: Assist in developing and managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and work with the project management team to develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent.
- Previous experience or internship in construction project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software, Procore, Bluebeam, Raken, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Carpentry Laborer to join our team, who will work under the guidance of our skilled carpenters and project managers to assist in various construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
